Workshops

the Success Planning workshop

A one or two day workshop where we explore a series of topics related to the design and development of a working, six-month advocate/customer marketing strategic and tactical plan.

The Client will be provided with a six month success plan within 10 business days of the workshop.

A two-day option is recommended for global and enterprise clients.

 

the Strategy Development workshop

A one or two day workshop where we explore in-depth a specific topic as selected by the Client. Potential topics include:

  • Campaign planning

  • Customer event planning (conferences, user groups, advisory boards)

  • Best practices

  • Global expansion

  • Organizational change

 

the STRATEGIC RECOMMENDATIONS session

A two-hour virtual strategy session where the Client will be lead through a series of deep-dive questions designed to surface areas of opportunity for program growth and success.

This session is platform agnostic. The Client will be presented with a customized recommendation deck within 10 business days.

 

the ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS workshop

The Organizational Maturity and Readiness Workshop assesses current advocate engagement management, processes, and tools, and surfaces which level of maturity an organization is at.

Within 10 business days, the Client will receive actionable recommendations for their ideal, yet achievable, level; and, practical, actionable guidance on how to get there.

 

the INFLUITIVE ADVOCATEHUB session

A two-hour virtual strategy session exploring a series of deep-dive questions designed to surface areas of opportunity for program growth and success using the Influitive AdvocateHub.

The Client will be presented with a customized recommendation deck within 10 business days.

 

the Vision, Strategy, Execution and Metrics workshop

The V.S.E.M. methodology is a framework through which organizations establish a consistent understanding of customer engagement across functions, including:

  • A shared vision of success
  • The strategies each team employs to achieve that vision
  • The execution plans each team uses to direct those strategies
  • How each team measures success

This workshop explores the vision, strategy, execution and measurement concepts with selected cross-functional collaborators through moderated discussion. A VSEM infographic is provided to the Client within 10 business days of workshop.

A half- or full-day workshop for up-to 10 attendees exploring in-depth selected key themes of the best-selling advocate marketing book, The Messenger is the Message. Topics include:

  • Nurturing customer relationships
  • Building advocate communities
  • Adopting an advocate-first mindset
  • Creating an advocacy storyline inside your business
  • Evaluating organizational advocate marketing maturity 
  • Developing strategies for recruitment and ROI
  • Planning for success with campaigns

All attendees will receive a copy of the book in advance of the workshop.
